The Service is intended for primary school students and their parents or legal guardians. If the user is under 13, a parent or legal guardian must register the account, manage subscriptions, and supervise use of the Service.

All content provided by the Service — including spelling lists, example sentences, audio, and software — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright. You may use this content for personal, non-commercial study only.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we make every effort to ensure the spelling lists match what is taught at partner schools, we do not guarantee accuracy or completeness. The Service is a study aid, not a substitute for school instruction.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
